Apparently Tv Tokyo has announced a new "Naruto" series based on Itachi's past 

 

It will air in Spring 2016

What the hell is left in Itachi's past that we need to see? In the manga, anime fillers, and cash grab novel, they already talked about everything.

Are we gonna see how he learned to stop pissing on himself? Honestly, they could focus on SO many other characters, interesting ones too, but instead let's milk the one Uchiha, who is as washed up as Sasuke. Smh.

Also just like @redrose said, what is there to tell about Itachi?

The only thing that comes to mind right now is what they are in way currently doing right now with the fillers. That this is a re-telling of the story all over again but with slight changes.

Yeah, maybe Itachi's will do something differently, besides killing the clan and somehow he becomes the Hokage. That's pretty much the only thing they can do, by this point.

I can never help, but think they should finally show the ideas Kishimoto had for Hidan, or see the sannin grow up, or I don't know, show what the he'll happened to all the senju? However, then I remember that no one behind Naruto has two brain cells to rub together, which is why they're still trying to milk the dead cow.

I believe this is part of the anime Shippuden, more so than a separate series. But we'll see.

Isn't this the story where itachi couldn't date girls because he was to obsessed with his baby brother and everyone made comments about him being incestuously in love with him?

That what i was remembering a lot of people on here and on tumbler were basically talking about the only thing that was really going on in the Itachi hiden book was he was obsessed with his brother to the point it came off as incestuous.

Oh. When you think Naruto can't get worse......it always gets worse, and worse-er and worse-er and worse-er......      Apart from being a (failed) blatant attempt to empty fujoshi's pockets, this is really really the bottom of the barrel. A barrel that's on the other side of the planet, because to arrive there we pretty much dug straight into the mantle, through the core, and back again. 

(I have no beef with ItaSasu shippers, we are all free to ship what we want and like, but that ship should remain where it belongs. In fan fictions.)
