Opening 6 by far. It always reminds me of how amazing Naruto is, up until the end of the pain arc that is. It really represented the series well.

I'm a fan of closer. I've listened to the english dub a few times and enjoy the the theme behind the lyrics.

I'm a huge fan of the first opening. It got me so excited to watch shippuden

The one I dislike the most is number 11, Tosugeki Rock. It always sounds like some kind of ska/punk rugby anthem at the beginning.
And it's interesting, watching them all one after another, how the tone has changed. At the beginning, the songs and imagery were all pretty dramatic. But at the end, they've been peppered with silliness or seem to be lots of have so many scenes/characters jammed into them. The beginning ones seemed to be more cohesive to me. Anyone else think so, or is it just because I started watching it with Shippuden, so I'm waxing nostalgic? ;)
But my fave anime opening is still FMAB's first opening. (Lol, not like I've seen that many anime series to have a huge range to compare, but that's my fave. Even more than the Naruto ones.)

Lover!!!!! The lyrics kinda remind me of NaruSaku and maybe 3 blue bird and 5 shalala... 6 is good too

I say New song!!! Yes I know they put it in an inappropriate time when there is a war to be fought, and it was for filler episodes, but I liked the lightheartedness of the song. Plus It was heartwarming to see Naruto try have physical contact with Sakura and not have her smack him for once. Even if it was not canon, I still loved that moment as a NS fan.

If you ask me, the final opening is the best ever. Not to mention that it could've been a perfect Opening for Shippuden's final arc (the Juubi Revival) too. I hated how BONES came up with it first 
.
On another note, I really, really hope the next opening will do the latter half of the current arc justice because of you-know-who. Same goes for the ending. Hopefully it's a female artist this time. I'm hoping something along the lines of AZU again or Tsuji Shion (Bleach ED 18)
