Chapter 69-71 is out!
Just wow, we got Zenkichi going blind and him sacrificing himself, a confession from Zenkichi to Medaka, his moment of death and Medaka's reactions, and a mysterious new character that Zenkichi already knows but can't remember. So powerful she can literally keep people from dying. This by far is some of the best chapters I've seen in this manga. a_thumbs.gif

I was a little disappointed to see no real reactions to his confession, or reactions to him dying other than Medaka. I mean, his mom? Unless there was so little shown because it actually is a Shonen Jump manga so we 'knew' he wasn't really 'dead'...

Chapter 72 & 73 is out!

It's nice seeing Naze chan has finally shown where her heart lies. smile.gif I wonder if Zenkichi will ever remember his ex girlfriend's name from middle school? Shibushi is just evil, but i actually saw in her speech about eating sand and being mistreated where she has the potential to be changed. Hinokage is turning out to be one of my favorite characters as well, he's a awesome bro even though he couldn't protect them. sad.gif

It's about time Cross did another release. I think he's sticking to batch releases though. Which I like but then again i don't at the same time.

Nonetheless, the Gaiden and the chapters were awesome. Glad to see Zenkichi's comeback. biggrin.gif

agree it's really crazy, but that's one of the reasons why i like this manga especially Kumagawa being one of the coolest villains. pimp.png

I've always like Shiranui and have been wondering what her abnormality was for a while. Her abnormality definitely fits with her eating so much though, wonder what it does though?

not quite sure myself, some type of energy monster that can either boost someone like Hinokage or kill them.

Chapter 86-88

definitely didn't see this coming, Hinokage is now visible to everyone and Ajimu is even more creepy. She hates everyone but yet she helps Zenkichi and Kumagawa. mellow.gif

Have been reading this manga for over a month ago. It has become one of my favorites. Chapter 89 was very nice can't wait until the next ones.

P.S: Did she just shatter a bolt with her teeth? o.O?
