IF and its a big If. If Some how through some source of sorcery, Narusaku happened in the Anime, just a complete 90 degree turn from the Manga?

Who writes the anime? How many of the movies did Kishi write? Just Road to Ninja right? That was a NaruSaku orgyfest and I loved it. I still refuse to see The Last but I will probably see it anyway.

Exactly, Tricksie, and the anime even added Sakura having a cutely embarrassed smile when Minato said "Please take care of my son." to her. I mean, even this filler arc the anime has now is just damage control since SP messed up big, and even Kishimoto-sensei is doing damage control. How sad.

I dont watch the Filler hell I havent watched the anime since the pain arc. What is all going on?

I never knew it was confirmed, never really followed interviews and such. I guess what really made it have that little bit of doubt is there are numerous folks who translated naruto, so there could have been different interpretations for it. But you're right its w.e now.

So lets discuss it again.

So short story. My roommate never kept up with naruto like I did, he stopped reading at the ending of the Pain Arc, and just was there for my Salty Tears at that kitten show of an ending. (Hes a NaruHina shipper) So hes been playing the newest Naruto VIdeo game and playing through the story to catch up on the story. (Its a kitten way to do it I know.) So last night he was at the part where of course Kushina gives naruto advice on girls. Now Correct me if Im wrong but I remember reading. "Dont pick a weird one and find one like me."

Last night what I heard from the voice over was. "Dont fall for the first one you meet and find one like me." I once told me roomate the Parallels between Kushi and Saku, and once he again he decided to rub it in my face.

So were we all wrong this whole time about that little quote?

first chapter of naruto was called "uzumaki naruto"

 

first chapter of gaiden was called "uchiha sarada"

 

so i guess sarada is the main character then?

Well at least some people (I think) agree that he should have died.

I could have lived with NH happening had it had the proper character development. NS was just too good of a story. But what really bruned my ass bad was this kitten right here...Like really? Everything he did, all the lives he ruined. Just for Kakashi to let him walk away scott free of it all? I really did expect him to die in the end. The death of the final uchiha to wash away all the sin in the world from his clan something like sacrificing himself to save naruto and just apologizing about it all Kishis all about his tragic stories why couldnt this one play out? Naruto promised he would bring back sasuske back, I was hoping it would be him in a casket.

But now Kishis Golden boy just had to get away with it all.

Idk if I'll even read it. (gonna go into broken record mode) Im just drained on it all. How you piss away an whole story in 2 chapters just for it to finish at 700.

Anytruth to this? What do you guys think?

But yeah what you've said is pretty much on point. At the end of the day, I would have been more content with him leaving Naruto altogether instead of finishing it out the way the editor's would have liked. Speaking of which, I wonder how Katsura Hoshino's doing? Lol.

I mean you can argue that, but towards the ending of Book 3 I saw Korrasami coming a mile away.

I've really havent talked about the subject much since the ending, just my Naruhina friends all laughing at me cause they all thought I was delusional. The one thing I do truley appreciate about this site is that people saw all the things I did. That Im not only one whos crazy. When I first read the manga when I was in 7th grade (Im 24 now) I was no way at all a narusaku supporter I thought. "Oh hey hinata likes him im sure they will end up together."

But as time moved on  and as I got older (plus understanding woment a bit more lol) And I saw the promise of a lifetime line and I thought. Wow he really does love her and hes doing all for her. The one thing I stood by this whole time is the character development between the two that went on to the point where, one would think "this is going to really happen." And then the reveal of Naurtos mom? The Parrallels? It Still hurts to talk about it every now and again I try to forget naruto despite how I grew up with it and that How happy i was Naruto was Hokage but the execution of it was just. Terrible... :/ But I Digress.

Would I forgive Kishi? As a Naruto Fan no. As a Person, yes if he were to truly come clean and admit that Money or w.e played a part in the outcome of the ending. But I've always wondered and I scoured 2ch for info but came up empty handed. And maybe it was anwsered here, but how was the general reaction in Japan about the pairings? I remember that Sakura was a favorite and I know Hinata was somewhat of a favorite here a few years back. Do you guys know?

I certainly do. I just find it crazy that after reading this manga for 12 years. Its over. Kinda got teary eyed at the end cause I couldn't believe it. For those of you on this fourm that read this were any of you ever on Ninpocho Cronicles? It was a pretty rad Naruto RP fourm.

So, I'm going to be honest. I've been lurking this fourm for the past. 5 years. But I've been a Narusaku Fan since basically shinppuden started. I created an account in the fall out of the ending (I know bad timing) but I wanted to be amongst like minded individuals who shared my same feelings for how I felt was the greatest character development of all time. My roomate and all of my other friends poked fun on how this ship lost but its w.e Life goes on and we are blessed with folks like Lady GT who make beautiful art so maybe one day we can have a rewrite of how the ending should have went.
